How do I send my photo?

After you place your order, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your photo attached. You can also leave a note at checkout. We'll reach out if we need anything else.

What sizes are available?

Our photo slates come in 4x6, 6x6 and 6x8 inch. Plaque and map sizes are listed on each product page.

Can I hang it on the wall?

Yes. Slates come with a stand, and you can choose optional wall-mount holes.

Will my slate look exactly like the photo on the site?

Slate is a natural stone, so the texture, edges and color vary slightly from piece to piece. That's what makes each one unique.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo gives the best result. Photos taken on a modern phone are usually perfect.

Is it a good memorial or sympathy gift?

Yes — many customers order our slates to honor a loved one or a pet. Tell us in your note if you'd like a name or dates added, and we'll let you know what's possible.
